Mistletoe has been used in magick and witchcraft for protection against a wide variety of misfortunes for centuries. The leaves and berries were placed in children’s cradles to keep them from being stolen by fairies. Men carried Mistletoe for hunting success and women wore it for fertility.
Today, Mistletoe is used for a restful sleep and sweet dreams when placed under the pillow. It is well known that a kiss shared under the mistletoe is good luck in love. Burned, it banishes negative energy and harmful spirits. Do not ingest.
USES: Herbal preparations, burn in a loose incense blend, add to floor washes, ritual baths, use to dress spell candles, stuff poppets, or as a casting herb.
CHOOSE: Mistletoe, featured in a bag or jar, labeled with the name of the herb and uses.
