We want you to be happy with your purchase. We generally are not able to accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of the products we offer. We handle each situation on a case by case basis.
Our Return Policy, Refunds & Grace Period
If you receive the item broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, timestamped from your tracking number details (this is a complimentary grace period). We ask that you include a photo of the damaged item.
- returns are handled on a case by case basis; please allow up to 7 business days for your account to be refunded.
- you are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
- refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used when making the purchase.
- you will receive an email confirmation once your account has been refunded.
